The Tay Estuary Gallery

Like those in the Scotland Gallery, these pictures were taken during my three-year stay in Dundee from 1997 to 2000. The Tay Estuary is extremely tidal, exposing large areas of mudflats at low tide which are favoured by many wading birds. Between Invergowrie and Kingoodie, close to Dundee, there is also a small Nature Reserve. These pictures were all taken there or thereabouts, within a distance of about 2 km along the north shore of the river.
